Furniture Deliveries

Medium and Large Furniture: Delivered by our trusted partners. You’ll receive tracking details or a text the day before the delivery window. Most furniture arrives fully assembled, though some items may require assembly.

Furniture deliveries are placed at your door, unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for delivery.

Please ensure all furniture items fit into the intended room and through all access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and tight corners.
If an item cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, the item will be returned, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Plus the cost of return.
If You Are Not Home to Accept Delivery
Once a delivery slot has been confirmed:

Failure to be present will result in a £50 aborted delivery and re-delivery fee. Large products only
Failed deliveries incur costs due to route planning, vehicle allocation, and driver time.

Returning Furniture
To return a furniture item:

You must phone or email us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Furniture must be repackaged in the original packaging.

Failure to retain the original packaging may affect your ability to return the item.
Returned furniture is subject to inspection. Any damage, misuse, or inadequate packaging may result in reduced or refused refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
