NOTE:
Pristine Clean, in its powdered form, is a hygroscopic product, meaning it naturally absorbs moisture from the air.
In humid conditions, or when this product moves from a hot truck/car into a cool store/home causing condensation, this can cause the powder to stick together and form clumps.
This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the product’s cleaning power. It’s simply a result of exposure to moisture.
Here are a few easy tips to manage clumping:
- Stir or shake the container to break up any clumps before use.
- Dissolve the powder as usual. Once mixed with water, it works just as effectively.
- Store Pristine Clean in a cool, dry place and keep the lid tightly closed after each use.
- For extra protection, consider transferring the powder to an airtight container.
