Decoupage Gel Varnish Matte, a specially formulated medium which dries to a clear, matte finish, is perfect for using with decoupage tissue and rice papers as an adhesive and sealing medium. Use it on paper, cardboard, chipboard, wood, ceramics and more. You can experiment further by mixing with pigment powders, inks, acrylic paints, glitters, etc., for many decorative effects. How To Apply Tissue Paper: – Having measured and cut your Decor Tissue Paper to the correct size, apply Decoupage Gel in matte or shine finish to the surface of your project. – Lay over your tissue paper and flatten out from the centre, talking care to eliminate air bubbles to ensure a good adhesion. Apply a further coat over the top. – Once dry, apply a final coat of Decoupage Gel.
